I think the words "some sort of emotional effect" on me don't really do this justice. Not at all. I stand by what I said in my previous review: this story is overwhelmingly powerful, beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Jake is a monster, yes, but his characterisation is perfect, well-attuned to the tone of the story, and though he is a total and utter bastard, he is an intriguing, and wonderfully portayed character (if that makes sense without sounding sadistic). I love this story to death, and I love you for writing such an amazing, powerful, and provocative piece of literature. It's truly amazing, and I can't wait to read more :)

I really hope that you won't hurt Strify, because that would just be mean. Very, very mean :P
But I also get the feeling that Jake could get violent and I'm not sure that Strify is such a good fighter (I don't know, I just can't picture him fighting).
He'll get his revenge, right?
But anyway, I really want to read next chapter because I love this!
